Not sure if this is considered a spoiler or not, but I'll just say it is anyway.
So this is the piece I've been working on since the last chapter of Soul Eater came out. I'm so happy Giriko is alive. :3 I'm such a fan girl. And who is this new bad guy? Hmm... interesting. Not sure if I'll like him much so far. I'm not too happy that the clown is back since he is creepy as hell. D:
Now, I can't say that the colors I used are the actual colors of the new (and currently nameless) guy, giriko's new outfit, and the clown... but I figured it was an educated enough guess and it looks nice so why not? lol I had a lot of fun with this picture. I experimented with textures a lot but I generally like how it turned out... although it still feel a little incomplete to me. Ah well. I can't wait to see what these baddies do. >3 Geeze.... why do I have to like the villains all the time? D:
Made in: Adobe Photoshop CS3
EDIT: So chapter 63 has recently confirmed the new guy's name to be... Gopher. Hmm. Gopher. What an ugly name. Ah well. I'm slightly disappointed but I'm sure there is a reason for this.
It normally does~ I rarely got that kind of patience myself though.
Ah, but have you noticed those times when you've drawn something somewhat good but still with room for improvement, but no matter how much you try to erase or add it only makes it worse?
Ooo I hate those times! Although from what I've noticed (with myself and at least), when that happens or a HUGE art block happens, once you get out of that slump your art improves a LOT. Can't vouch for everyone on that one though.
Well, you know what they say: Improving is good! How about lack of motivation? Is there improvement once you feel motivated again? Cause I rarely feel unmotivated lately.

As of recent, the talented =Behana has joined us in bringing you this weekly newsletter and we are excited to have her on board. This is a special feature, with a selection of 50 manips from the past year that we loved.
